Welcome to Arch (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Arch SDK, including its integration with Supabase for authentication and API key management.

By using Arch, you (“User,” “Developer”) agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the SDK.

2. Use of Arch SDK

2.1 API Key Requirement

• To use Arch, you must register an API Key through Supabase.

• The API Key verifies access and tracks usage for billing purposes.

• Any unauthorized or fraudulent use of an API Key may result in termination of service.

2.2 Acceptable Use

• You may not use Arch for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell Arch without prior consent.

• You are responsible for the security of your API Key.

2.3 Service Availability

• Arch is provided as-is, with no guarantees of uptime or performance stability.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the service without prior notice.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

• Arch does not store user-submitted data beyond the count of how many surveys were submitted per API Key.

• Supabase is used for authentication and billing purposes.

• We do not retain or analyze survey responses.

4. Fees & Billing

• If applicable, usage-based billing is determined by the number of surveys submitted per API Key.

• If monthly plan is chosen, billing takes place monthly following the day the purchase was made.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or damages resulting from your use of Arch.

• The SDK is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Arch after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
