Hello and Happy New Year! 

A few weeks ago we first posted about Arch and with the new year underway we wanted to talk about a few things. 

First of all, Thank you. Thank you all so much for signing up to the waitlist and joining us for this journey. The response from old and new friends has been so heartwarming and an incredible way to ring in the new year.

Second, let’s talk about how we want to build this in public with you. 

1. Transparency

We want to be as transparent as possible. From what tools we are using, things that are & aren’t working, how we’re building things, to the less publicly talked about things like active users and other product metrics.

2. Community

Arch is supposed to be something everyone enjoys using. To make this happen we need to be deeply connected with the people who’ll be using it. Your feedback and input will be vital.

To start living these 2 values, we’ve set up two channels. The Diary & @helloarch_co

The Diary

This will be a less frequent, occasional check-in, like this one today for larger announcements, research studies & milestones.

Twitter

@helloarch_co, our Twitter account, is a more casual and frequent touchpoint where we’ll be posting everything from the Diary + invites to smaller user research, polls, and other updates along the way. (Everyone who follows us on Twitter will automatically have first dibs on Beta)
